How can I add a new product to my store?
This document guides you through the step-by-step process to successfully create and publish a new product in your Shopaccino store. Each tab is explained with relevant field-level instructions.
You will complete the product setup by filling the following tabs:

Go to Product > Product
in your admin panel.
- Click on Add Products.
General Tab
Basic product details:

Name* | Product title visible to customers. |
SKU* | Unique internal identifier for tracking inventory. |
Barcode |
Optional, used for scanning or physical stock control.
Example:

Short Summary |
A short one-liner shown on listing pages.
A brief product tagline Example:
The perfect size to grill up a couple of burgers for everyone in the family. |
Summary | Highlights or bullet points (optional). |
Product Description | Detailed product content and specifications. |
Primary Category |
Select the main product category.
Example:
New Arrivals |
Secondary Categories |
Map the product to additional categories if needed.
Example:
Women, Dresses, Sale |
Label |
Add product tags like "New", "Hot", "On Sale".
Example:
"New", "Hot", "On Sale" |
Visibility | Tick to display the product on your storefront. |
Set Publish Date & Time | Schedule when the product goes live. |
Sort Order | Controls position within category display. |
Product Service Type | Define if it's a product / service or Free Gift product. |
Size Chart | Create and upload a size chart in the master and map it to the products from the dropdown |
Document Uploading | Tick this option to accept uploading of Documents on the product. |
Brand * | Associate a brand from the brand master. |
Country of Origin | Manufacturing country of the product. |
HSC/SAC | Tax classification for invoicing and legal purposes. |
Shipping Weight | Enter weight in kg for shipping rate calculation. |
Free Shipping | Tick if you’re not charging shipping as per your shipping rates and rule. |
COD Available | Tick to allow Cash on Delivery. |
Estimated Handling Time | Enter how many days to dispatch the product. |
Return Allowed | Enable if customers can request a return. |
Days allow to Return | mention number of days allowed to return. |
Statutory Content Tab
Legal and packaging info:

- Generic Name: Common industry name (e.g., "Shampoo", "Dress").
- Unit Type: Unit of measurement (e.g., Piece, ml, kg).
- Manufacturing Date: When the product was manufactured.
- Expiry Date: Product’s expiration date, if applicable.
- Manufacturer’s Details: Name and address of the manufacturer.
- Importer Details: Required if product is imported.
- Packers Details: Details of the company that packed the product.
Attribute Tab
- Attributes are product-specific traits like color, material, fit, or fabric used for filtering and organizing products.
- Select applicable attributes based on your product type. These attributes must be predefined in the Attribute Master.

Images & Videos Tab
Visual content that showcases your product:

Images:
- Upload multiple product images.
- Recommended format: square (e.g., 2000×2000 px).

- Embed a product video using a YouTube embed URL.

Variants Tab:
After creating variants in the master, assign or link them to the relevant products.

For each variant, fill:
- Variant Name (e.g., Size: M)
- SKU (Optional): Unique identifier for each variant.
- Barcode (Optional): Variant-level barcode.
- Weight: Used for variant-wise shipping.

Inventory & Pricing Tab
Define price, stock, and B2B rates:
- SKU: Auto-filled or custom for variant-level SKU.
- Barcode: Variant-level barcode (optional).
- Cost Price: Internal cost (optional, not shown to buyers).
- MRP: Maximum Retail Price.
- Discount.: Set percentage or flat discount.
- Selling Price: Final price after applying discount.
- MOQ: Minimum order quantity required to order.
- B2B Price: Product pricing for wholesale/B2B customers.
- B2B MOQ: Minimum order quantity for B2B orders.

Inventory:Current stock: 5, Reorder level: 2, MOQ: 1

when you have variants you can enter details in one row and click on the arrow beside them to copy to all variants
SEO & Google Tab
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the process of optimizing your website to improve its visibility in search engine results and attract more organic traffic.
SEO for your Website
- Meta Title (max 70 chars): Page title in browser and search.
- Meta Keywords (max 160 chars): Relevant search terms.
- Meta Description (max 160 chars):
- SEO URL: Custom slug for the product page.
Google Merchant Center:
Google Merchant Center is a platform that allows businesses to upload and manage product listings for Google Shopping and other Google services.
- Google Product Category: Choose the appropriate category.
- Gender: Select target gender (Male, Female, Unisex).
- Age Group: Select age group (Adult, Kids, etc.).
- Google Product Type: Describe your product type.
- Google Title: Product title for Google Shopping.
- Google Description: Description for Google Shopping.
- Google Color: Main color of product.
- Google Material: Define material (e.g., cotton, leather).
Tags & Filters Tab
Improve product discoverability on your store:
- Search Tags: Add searchable terms related to the product.
- Filters: Assign filters like Color, Size, Occasion, etc.

Add-ons Tab
Suggest small or complementary products that go with this item:
- Link related add-ons (e.g., mask with dress, charger with phone).

Upsell Tab
Encourage buyers to consider similar or higher-value items:
- Suggest other products to be shown on the product detail page.

Answer commonly asked questions about the product:
- Create custom Q&A (e.g., "Is it washable?", "How long is the warranty?").
