How can I enable customer reviews on product pages?
Enabling product reviews helps build customer trust and improve conversion by showcasing genuine feedback from buyers. Shopaccino allows you to activate, manage, and even bulk import reviews for better control and engagement.
Activate Reviews on the Storefront

Log in to your Shopaccino Admin
Panel.
- From the left-side menu, go to Settings > Policies.
- Scroll to the PRODUCTS section.
- Tick the checkbox for Show Product Reviews.
- Scroll down and click Save to apply the changes.
Once enabled, a review section will appear on each product page for customers to leave feedback and ratings.
Manage and Approve Customer Reviews
Once reviews start coming in:
- Go to Products > Reviews from the left-side menu.
- Click Edit next to the review you want to manage.

You can:
- Edit the content if needed.
- Approve or reject the review.
- Set discount or loyalty points to reward the reviewer.
- Adjust visibility settings for the storefront.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Bulk Import Product Reviews (Optional)
You can also upload reviews in bulk using an Excel file:
- Go to Products > Reviews.
- Click on Import Product Reviews at the top-right.
- Download the review sample sheet.
- Fill in the review details for each product in the sheet.
- Upload the completed sheet back on the same page.

Use this feature to preload reviews from past customers or other sales channels.
