How can I create discount coupons and promo codes to attract more customers?

Navigate to Coupons and Offers

• Log in to your Shopaccino Admin Panel.
• Go to Coupons and Offers from the left-side menu.

Click on "Add a Coupon Code"

• In the Coupons and Offers section, click on "Add a Coupon Code" to create a new coupon

Add a Coupon Code Name

• Coupon Code: Enter a unique code for the coupon that customers will use to redeem their discount.

Set Coupon Conditions

Customize your coupon based on the following criteria:

1. Coupon Applicability
   • Not restricted to user accounts – Any eligible customer can redeem the coupon.
   • Applicable only on the first order of a registered customer – Valid only for first-time buyers.
   • Allowed once per registered customer – Each registered customer can use the coupon only once.
   • Applicable For:
     • Retail customers
     • Wholesale customers
     • Both retail & wholesale customers
2. Redemption Allowed On
   • Select where customers can redeem the coupon:
     • Mobile App
     • Website
     • Both Mobile App and Website
3. Product Applicability
   • All Products – The coupon applies to all products in the store.
   • Exclude Discounted Products – The coupon will not apply to products already on discount.
   • Exclude Non-Discounted Products – The coupon will not apply to full-priced products.
4. Select Payment Modes
   • Choose applicable payment methods (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
5. Select Shipping Zones
   • Specify the regions or countries where the coupon can be used.
6. Public Visibility
   • Choose whether the coupon should be publicly visible:
     • Yes – Display the coupon in selected areas:
       • Yes
       • Checkout Page
       • Product Page
     • No – Keep the coupon private.

Add Admin Remarks

• Enter any internal notes or remarks (visible only to the admin)

Save the Coupon

• Click Save to activate the coupon.
