How can I set up my store to manage B2B customers?

To manage B2B customers on your Shopaccino store, enable B2B mode in the settings, assign customers as B2B, and set special pricing and order rules. You can also enable optional features like bulk add-to-cart and product set-wise buying to streamline the wholesale ordering process.

Steps to Set Up B2B on Your Store

Enable B2B Mode

  1. Go to Settings > Policies in the admin panel.
  2. Under B2B Settings, check the box for “Enable B2B.”
  3. (Optional) Enter values for:
    • Wholesale Minimum Order Quantity
    • Wholesale Minimum Order Amount
  4. (Optional) Enable additional features by checking:
    • Multi-Variant Add to Cart (Single Click)
    • Product Set-Wise Buying Option
  5. Scroll down and click “Save.”

Assign Customers B2B Status

  1. Navigate to Customers.
  2. Click on a customer's name to edit.
  3. Under Type, select “B2B.”
  4. Click “Save.”

Configure B2B Pricing

  1. Go to Products > Product
  2. Edit the desired product.
  3. In the Inventory & Pricing tab, add:
    • B2B Price
    • B2B Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
  4. Click “Save.”
