How do I connect my shipping partner to the store using API keys?
To automate shipping operations like label generation, tracking updates, and order syncing, you can integrate your shipping partner (e.g., Shiprocket, Pickrr, NimbusPost) using their API keys in the Shopaccino admin panel.
Steps to Connect Shipping Partner via API Keys
Go to Shipping Agencies

In the Shopaccino Admin
panel, navigate to:
Settings > Shipping - Click on the Shipping Agencies tab
Choose Your Shipping Partner
- You’ll see a list of supported shipping partners (e.g., Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Pickrr, Shyplite).
- Tick the check box on the partner you wish to connect.
Enter API Credentials

A form will appear asking for API Key, Auth Token, or Client ID/Secret based on the shipping provider.
*Form may change based on the different shipping agencies
**Enter the rest of the details on the form based on the information provided to the shipping agency - Switch Mode from “Test” to “Live”

Get these credentials from your shipping partner’s dashboard or account manager.
- For Shiprocket: Login → Settings → API → Copy API Key & Auth Token
- For Pickrr: Login → Settings → API Keys
- For NimbusPost: Login → API Integration section
Save & Test Integration
- Click “Activate” after entering all credentials.

Use a test order to verify:
- The order is synced with the shipping dashboard
- Tracking ID appears in the order view
