The Google Review Opt-In is a built-in feature of the Your Store platform that helps you automatically collect genuine product reviews from real customers. When a customer places an order, they are prompted on the Thank You page to opt in to leave a review. Once their order is delivered, the platform sends them a personalised email with a direct link to review the product on Google — feeding their feedback straight into your Google Merchant Center product listing.
The feature is fully automated, requires no manual follow-up, and is GDPR compliant by default. Enable it once from your dashboard and it runs on every qualifying order.
