How do I add size, color, or other variants to a product?
To add options like size, color, fabric, or other variations to a product, you first need to create them in the Variant Master, and then assign them while adding or editing a product.

Create Variants in the Master

Go to Variant Master
- Go to Products > Variants in the admin panel.

Add Variant Type
- Click on Add Variant Type.

Fill the following:
- Variant Type (English): (e.g., Shirt Size, Color, Fabric).
- Description (English): Optional.
- Sort Order: Controls display sequence.
- Visibility: Tick to show this variant type on the storefront.

Add Variant Values
- Click Add Variant Value.

Fill:
- Variant Type: Select the type (e.g., Size).
- Name*: Enter value (e.g., S, M, L).
- Image: Optional — size: 300×300px, format: JPG/PNG/GIF.
- Sort Order: Controls display position.
- Visibility: Choose to show/hide the value.
- Custom Form: Link a size/form if required.
Add Variants to a Product

Start Adding a Product
- Go-/ to Products > Add Product.

On the variants tab, select the checkbox:
“Create variant options for this product.”

Define Variant Name
- Enter your variant types and values (e.g., Size: S, M, L).
- Click Save.

Add Variant Values
- Use “Add Values” if you want to include more variant values (e.g., XL, XXL) after initial setup.

Generate Variants
- Click “Generate variants based on the options defined above”.

You’ll then be able to enter:
- SKU
- Barcode
- Weight

Copy Variants from Another Product
For products like shoes or clothing that share the same variant setup (e.g., Size, Fabric):

Go to Add Product
- Navigate to Products > Add Product >
- Select the option: “Copy variant option from another product.”

Select Product to Copy From
- Choose the existing product that has the variant structure you want.
- Click Save.
