How do I enable Cash on Delivery (COD) for my store?

Steps to Enable Cash on Delivery (COD)

1. Go to Payment Options
   • In the Shopaccino admin panel, navigate to Settings > Payment Options. .
2. Scroll to “Manual Payments” and Locate the COD Section
   • Find the Cash on Delivery (COD) section.
   • Tick the checkbox on the top left to activate COD.
3. Enter Payment Instructions
   • In the Payment Instructions field, enter the message to show on the payment page. Example: “Payment to be handed over before receiving the package”
4. Define Order Amount Limits
   • Set the MIN Amount (e.g., 1)
   • Set the MAX Amount (e.g., 2000000)
     This defines the order value range eligible for COD.

   

5. Add Optional COD Charges
   • COD Charges Retail – Enter extra charges (if any) for retail customers.
   • COD Charges B2B – Enter additional charges (if any) for B2B customers.
6. Enable for B2B (Optional)
   • Tick the checkbox “Is COD enabled for B2B users” if you want to offer COD to wholesale/B2B customers.
7. Set Currency and Sort Order
   • Tick the currencies allowed for COD:(from the list of active currencies on the store)
   • Sort Order – Set the order in which COD appears at checkout.
8. Click Activate
   • Finally, click the green “Activate” button to enable COD for your store.
