How do I update the Contact Us page and store contact details?

This guide explains how to update your Contact Us page and configure your store’s official email and phone number for customer support and communication.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Edit the Contact Us Page

  1. Login to your Shopaccino Admin open Panel.
  2. Navigate to Pages from the left-hand menu.
  3. Under Other Pages, click on Contact Us.

Fill in the following fields:

  • Title* – The page title (e.g., “Contact Us”)
  • Form Title* – The title above the contact form (e.g., “We’d love to hear from you”)
  • Content – Add your business address, customer care note, or instructions
  • Meta Title – For SEO (e.g., “Contact BrandName | Address, Support”)
  • Meta Keywords – Comma-separated SEO keywords
  • Meta Description – Summary for search engine listing
  • Banner Image – Upload a header/banner image (optional)
  • Google Map Embed Code – Paste the iframe code for the store location
  • Tick Show Google Map on Contact Us page
  • Tick Show Contact Us link in menu.

Click Save to apply changes.

Enter Support Contact Details

  1. Navigate to Settings > Global Settings in the left-hand menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Support Details section.

Enter the following:

  • Support / Notification Email* – Official email for customer communication
  • Receive copy of all customer emails – Enter an alternate email
  • Your Customer Care / Support Phone No* – Visible on the website and used in automated emails
  • Scroll down and click Save to update the support details.
