Rider App
The Rider App is a purpose-built mobile application for in-house delivery partners. It gives riders a clear, real-time view of every order assigned to them and equips them with all the information and tools they need to complete deliveries efficiently — from the moment they prepare to leave until the last order is marked as done.
Riders can view full order details including product information, the customer's delivery address with a pin location for navigation, and the payment method for each order. For cash-on-delivery orders, the app supports both cash collection and contactless payment via a dynamic QR code, giving customers a flexible and modern payment experience at the door.
Beyond individual deliveries, the app helps riders plan and manage their entire route. Before departing, they can review a consolidated list of all product quantities they need to carry, reducing errors and ensuring nothing is missed. Throughout the route, riders can update delivery statuses - including marking orders as delivered, rescheduled, or returned to origin - keeping the merchant and customer informed at every step.

Assigned Order View
Riders see a clear list of all orders assigned to them for the day. Each order is presented with the information they need at a glance, making it easy to plan and prioritise their route without having to contact the merchant or operations team for details.
Full Order Details
For every assigned order, riders can access complete delivery information — including product details, the customer's delivery address, and a pin location that links directly to navigation. Payment mode is also displayed upfront so riders know what to expect before arriving at the door.
Cash & UPI Payment Collection
For cash-on-delivery orders, riders have two ways to collect payment from the customer. They can accept cash directly, or present a dynamic QR code that the customer can scan to pay instantly via UPI. This gives customers a convenient, contactless payment option and reduces the need for riders to carry change.
Delivery Status Updates
Riders can update the status of each order directly from the app. Orders can be marked as delivered, rescheduled for a future attempt, or flagged as a return to origin (RTO) where applicable. These real-time updates keep the merchant's dashboard and the customer's order tracking accurate throughout the delivery process.
Pre-Route Product Checklist
Before setting out on their route, riders can view a consolidated summary of all the products and quantities they need to carry based on their assigned orders for that day. This helps riders load up accurately, reduces the chance of missing items, and avoids unnecessary return trips.
Cash Ledger
The app includes a cash ledger that gives riders a running record of the cash they have collected across their deliveries. This makes it straightforward to reconcile payments at the end of a shift and provides transparency for both the rider and the merchant on cash-on-delivery collections.
